Will the RCA remote control the Roku menus and apps?
Yes. Unlike some smart TVs, a properly programmed RCA remote should be able to control the Roku interface (using the arrow keys, OK, and Back buttons) in addition to Power and Volume.
I tried these codes and the standard Insignia TV codes. Neither worked
